We operate a semi-strict cancellation policy to ensure the availability of our retreats. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable. We are happy to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution whenever possible.

Check-in: from 15:00.
Check-out: by 12:00. Mandatory in-person check-in and check-out with hand-delivered keys. To ensure the tranquillity of our surroundings, parties and social events are not permitted.

To ensure you feel completely at home, we are happy to assist you in your preferred language. We are fluent in English, Spanish, French, and German.

As we are a working farm with our own animals, we are unable to accept pets. This policy ensures the safety of our resident animals and the peace of mind of all our guests.

Our retreats are designed as sanctuaries for peace and relaxation; therefore, we do not accept children or group bookings. By specialising exclusively in adults-only stays (with a maximum of 2 guests per house), we ensure an atmosphere of absolute privacy and tranquillity for all our guests.
